Founded in September 1999, The Growth Partnership (TGP) has grown from a home office to the only full-service, multi-disciplinary consulting firm serving the accounting profession. TGP employs 20+ individuals who, collectively, possess well over a century of accounting industry work experience.

Our mission is to always deliver value and our ultimate goal is to become the de facto "go-to" consulting firm of choice for discerning accounting industry clients.
