History
Founded by Jeffrey Pawlow in September, 1999, The Growth Partnership currently employs 20+ people and is located in suburban St. Louis, Missouri. While larger today than in the beginning, the culture of attentive, proactive client service endures.

March 2000
The Growth Partnership (TGP) solidifies a strategic alliance with Golden Marketing Resources to serve several large clients jointly. The friendship and cooperation between the two organizations continues to this day.
June 2000
Coral Rice, consultant and client partner with FranklinCovey, joins TGP as a partner.
November 2001
Charles Hylan, CPA and former marketing professional for Arthur Andersen’s Enterprise Group, joins as a partner.
April 2002
TGP acquires SalesForce Partners. Lisa Benson, SalesForce Partners’ CEO, becomes the firm’s fourth partner.
September 2002
TGP moves into its corporate headquarters near the airport in suburban St. Louis, MO.
January 2003
The Growth Partnership, LLC becomes The Growth Partnership, Inc. The Reluctant Salesperson: A Realistic Approach to Practice Development for the CPA is introduced and receives rave reviews.
July 2003
TGP is cited in The Journal of Accountancy for its work in the area of pay-for-performance.
September 2003
August J. Aquila, Ph.D., formerly of American Express, joins TGP as the Director of Practice Management Services.
July 2004
TGP successfully enters into a strategic partnership with FranklinCovey (NYSE:FCC) to develop The Partner Institute, the accounting industry’s premier leadership development program.
December 2004
TGP moves into larger offices to accommodate growth and provide a professional environment for all team members.
May 2005
The first “class” of The Partner Institute convenes.
