No matter what your firm’s human resources situation, TGP’s Performance Audits are designed to identify barriers, sustain efficiencies and implement solutions based your unique needs. Here’s how it works:
Step 1. The Performance Audit.
In order to prescribe, our engagement team must first diagnose. During the audit, we will interview key staff, evaluate and compare your firm with industry benchmarks. We also learn about your goals, specific needs and challenges your firm is facing from a human resources perspective. The Performance Audit is conducted during a one or two-day personal visit with our engagement team at your office.
Step 2. The Performance Plan.
After the Performance Audit is complete, TGP works with you to create a comprehensive Performance Plan. The plan consists of prioritized recommendations on what you should start, stop and continue in regards to your human resources initiatives. TGP will visit your firm to facilitate the presentation of your newly developed Performance Plan and discuss how adoption of the plan will positively affect your employees and profitability.
Step 3. Monthly Mentoring.
TGP’s engagement team becomes your human resource partner to ensure your performance initiatives are taken from assessment and planning to successful implementation. Monthly mentoring allows access to TGP’s human resources professionals who will provide ongoing support and consultation.
