Retreat Facilitation

Does your firm take a "time out" once or twice per year to assess progress in implementing your strategic plan? To adjust your plan going forward? This can be the most important time you spend working on your business during the year.

By design, an effective retreat should focus on a specific set of objectives that will be pursued and ultimately accomplished. Since time is critical and often short, it is imperative for your firm to get as much out of the session as possible. Generally, retreats are not to be confused with vacations! This is the time for firms to focus on what matters most, those wildly important goals (WIGs) and activities that will deliver desired business results.

By working with a seasoned, third-party facilitator, most firms can significantly increase the value they achieve during this precious time away from the office. At TGP, our shareholders have extensive backgrounds in the accounting profession and in helping firms achieve operational excellence.

Most importantly, we don't believe our involvement with your firm ends at the conclusion of the session. The firm retreat is simply part of a larger, ongoing operational improvement process. Accordingly, our consultants maintain contact after the formal retreat has ended to assist in the successful implementation of each strategic initiative.
