Patrick is a professional trainer and facilitator with more than 17 years experience in people and process development. Participants consistently rate energy, enthusiasm, skill and insight as hallmarks of his presentations. He brings expertise in the area of professional services sales & marketing, quality and continuous improvement, as well as world class programs from Franklin Covey Company, including "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", The Four Roles of Leadership and "Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities."

Patrick's background includes more than six years training & coaching in the accounting industry across North America. He served eight years in University Continuous Improvement at Arizona State University and three years as a training and development consultant for hotel resorts in Nevada and Arizona.

Patrick's knowledge and expertise add a great dimension to any training organization.

Patrick is an Arizona native. He was born in the Valley of the Sun and raised in Northern Arizona. He attended Mesa Community College for two years before serving 18 months as a church volunteer in the Dallas/North Texas area. Patrick currently resides in Higley (Gilbert) with his wife Kristina. They have three sons, Jon, Cole & Adam, and a daughter Jessie.
