Business Development Forum
The Business Development Forum is a two-year program designed for managers, senior managers and partners seeking to strengthen their ability to maximize current client relationships, build referral sources and secure new business. The program ultimately accelerates the participant’s journey to firm leadership by teaching strategies and techniques to leverage current talents and bring in new revenue streams for the firm.
